Shipping policy
SECTION 1 - GENERAL
At Dicey Business, we ship all orders using Australia Post via Shopify’s integrated shipping system. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and size.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to most addresses across Australia. If you're unsure whether your address is serviceable, feel free to contact us at support@diceybusiness.com.au.
SECTION 3 - PROCESSING TIMES
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.
- While we strive to meet all processing timeframes, please note that processing may be delayed during peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding should such delays occur.
Please note: We do not operate from a physical store or warehouse open to the public. All items are packed and shipped from our private location using third-party fulfilment (Australia Post).
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your selected delivery speed. We offer both Standard and Express shipping options via Australia Post. Prices are as follows:

Standard Shipping (2 – 8 business days)
- Standard Light <1kg: $10.95
- Standard Medium 1kg – 3kg: $15.00
- Standard Heavy >3kg: $20.00
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $200.00

Express Shipping (1 – 4 business days)
- Express Light <1kg: $15.00
- Express Medium 1kg – 3kg: $20.00
- Express Heavy >3kg: $25.00
All shipping options and costs will be clearly displayed at checkout based on the weight of your cart and shipping destination.
SECTION 6 - DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout based on Australia Post’s current delivery estimates. While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for any delays once the parcel has been handed to the postal service.
SECTION 7 - LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact support@diceybusiness.com.au and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost parcels but will do our best to resolve the issue.
SECTION 8 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed from outside Australia will be cancelled and refunded.
