Refund policy

SECTION 1 - GENERAL POLICY

Dicey Business does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference at this time. As a small, independent business, we are unable to accept general returns and appreciate your understanding.


SECTION 2 - FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will assess returns only in the event that an item is:

  • Faulty or defective,
  • Damaged in transit, or
  • Incorrect (i.e. not the item you ordered).

In these instances, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@diceybusiness.com.au. Include:

  • Your order number,
  • A description of the issue, and
  • Clear photographs of the item and any damage.

If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the item. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion. Items returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

 

SECTION 3 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale or discounted items,
  • Gift cards,
  • Digital or downloadable products,
  • Items that are not faulty, or
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery without prior written approval.
